Who we are

This site, 10works.io, is run by 10 Works srl. Registered office, VAT number and company register details will be listed here. For anything about your data, write to us through the contact form.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. We use them to read and answer you, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share them.

Where it goes

The form is handled by a form-processing service that receives the message and delivers it to us by email; it processes data in the United States under a data processing agreement. The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security. The names of both providers are available on request.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than two years. Ask and we delete them earlier.

Cookies and tracking

None. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts. The site remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage; that never leaves your device.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Use the contact form; we answer within 30 days. If you think we handled your data badly you can complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Cosa raccogliamo

Solo quello che ci mandi con il modulo di contatto: nome, indirizzo email e messaggio. Li usiamo per leggerti e risponderti, e per nient'altro. Non li vendiamo né li condividiamo.

Dove vanno

Il modulo è gestito da un servizio di raccolta moduli che riceve il messaggio e ce lo consegna via email; tratta i dati negli Stati Uniti in base a un accordo di trattamento. Il sito è servito da un provider di hosting che conserva i normali log del server (indirizzo IP, orario, pagina richiesta) per sicurezza. I nomi di entrambi i fornitori sono disponibili su richiesta.

Per quanto li conserviamo

I messaggi restano nella nostra casella finché la conversazione è utile, e comunque non oltre due anni. Se ce lo chiedi li cancelliamo prima.

Cookie e tracciamento

Nessuno. Niente analytics, niente pubblicità, niente script di terzi. Il sito ricorda la lingua scelta nella memoria locale del tuo browser; quel dato non lascia mai il tuo dispositivo.

Ai sensi del GDPR puoi chiedere quali dati abbiamo su di te, farli correggere o cancellare, oppure opporti al loro uso. Usa il modulo di contatto; rispondiamo entro 30 giorni. Se ritieni che abbiamo trattato male i tuoi dati puoi rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
